Eligibility Criteria for CSIR UGC NET December 2024
Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender).
Final year Master’s degree students can also apply but must complete the degree with the required percentage within two years.

Age Limit:
Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): Maximum 30 years as of February 2025 (Relaxations for reserved categories as per government norms).
Assistant Professor/Ph.D. Admission: No upper age limit.
