The High Court of Delhi has released the official notification for the Junior Judicial Assistant (JJA) / Restorer (Open) Examination – 2026. This recruitment aims to fill 152 vacancies in Group-B (Non-Gazetted) positions.

Eligibility Criteria (As on 23.02.2026)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any stream from a recognized university.

Typing Speed: Minimum 35 words per minute (WPM) in English on a computer.

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2026): 18 to 32 years. (Born between 02.01.1994 and 01.01.2008).

Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10-15 years) as per rules.

Selection Process
The selection involves a comprehensive four-stage process:

Stage I: Preliminary Exam (CBT): Objective type (120 Marks) covering English, GK, and Reasoning/Math.

Stage II: Main Exam (Descriptive): English Language (Essay, Letter, Grammar, and Translation).

Stage III: Typing Test: Qualifying nature (35 WPM with max 3% errors).

Stage IV: Interview: Viva-voce to assess suitability.
