Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the recruitment of 120 Senior Executive Trainees through its Direct Recruitment (DR) scheme. This is a premium opportunity for engineers and finance professionals to join a major Indian PSU.

Eligibility Criteria (As on 07/03/2026)

Telecom Stream: Full-time B.E./B.Tech (min. 60% marks) in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
Finance Stream: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification.
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years.
- Relaxation: OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), PwBD (10 years).

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Computer-Based Test (CBT): 200 Questions (200 Marks) | Duration: 3 Hours.
- Part-I (Aptitude): 40 Questions (Common for all).
- Part-II (Technical): 160 Questions (Specific to your stream).
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer.
Document Verification & Medical Test: For candidates qualifying the merit list.

Qualifying Marks: Min. 40% in each part and 50% overall for UR/EWS/OBC.

Salary & Service Bond

Pay Scale: IDA Grade E-3 (₹24,900 – ₹50,500 pre-revised).
Estimated Monthly Gross: ₹86,000 – ₹93,000 (depending on city).
Service Bond: ₹9,00,000 (Nine Lakhs) for a minimum of 5 years of service.
