Eligibility Criteria

  • Accounts Officer: B.Com (1st Div) or M.Com (2nd Div) + Chartered Accountant exam passed OR MBA (Finance) Grade-A OR SAS exam passed with relevant experience. Retired persons are also eligible.

  • Senior State Training Supervisor: Post Graduation (preferably M.Sc in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry) with B.Ed/M.Ed/NET and a certificate in First Aid & Home Nursing.

  • Age Limit: 18 to 37 years (Relaxation for retired personnel and reserved categories as per society rules).

Selection Process

  1. Shortlisting: Based on academic merit and experience.

  2. Test/Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test or personal interview.

  3. Probation: Regular posts include a probation period during which emoluments are paid as per basic pay or D.C. rates.
