Manager: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the field.

Senior Manager: Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Manager: 24 to 34 years.

Senior Manager: 27 to 37/40 years (varies by specific post).

Selection Process

Stage I: Shortlisting: Based on eligibility and experience.

Stage II: Online Examination: If required (150 Questions | 225 Marks).

Stage III: Psychometric Test: For specific technical roles.
