Educational Qualification:

Clerk: Must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

Computer Skill: 120-hour computer course with hands-on experience OR an ‘O’ Level certificate from DOEACC/NIELIT.

Language: Must have passed Punjabi as a subject in the Matriculation (10th) level.

Age Limit: 18 to 37 years (as on 01.01.2026).

Relaxation: SC/ST (up to 42 years), State/Central Govt employees (up to 45 years).

Selection Process

Written Exam (CBT): Multiple choice questions covering General Awareness, Mental Ability, English, Punjabi, and Computer Knowledge.

Typing Test: Qualifying test in both English and Punjabi (Unicode-compliant Raavi font) at a speed of 30 WPM.

Document Verification: For candidates who clear the merit and typing test.
