Bank of Baroda (BOB) has released a major recruitment notification for 419 Professionals within its MSME Banking Department. These vacancies are divided into 166 Regular positions and 253 Contractual positions. Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.02.2026)

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

Preference: Candidates with MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing), CA, CFA, or CMA will be preferred for specific roles.

Work Experience: * Regular Posts: 3 to 8 years of experience in banking or credit processing.

Contractual Posts: 2 to 5 years of experience in asset sales with Banks or NBFCs.

Age Limit: * Minimum: 22 Years

Maximum: 32 to 40 Years (varies by post)

Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years).

Selection Process
The bank follows a two-step selection procedure:

Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on qualification and experience.

Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

Note: The bank reserves the right to conduct an online test or psychometric test if required.
