📝 Selection Process

Shortlisting: Based on GATE 2026 Normalized Marks.

Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates will b-e called for GD/PI, typically held in New Delhi.

Final Merit: Prepared based on GATE Score, GD, and PI weightage.
💸 Salary & Benefits

During Training: Monthly stipend of ₹60,000/- plus accommodation and transport.

On Absorption: Placed in the pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (E-1 Grade).

CTC: Approximately ₹19.25 – ₹20.31 Lakhs per annum after successful completion of the one-year training period.
