Educational Qualification:

Block Coordinator: Graduate degree from a recognized university. Preference is given to those with a degree in Social Sciences/Nutrition/Home Science.

Project Associate: Post Graduate degree in Social Work/Nutrition/Public Health/Public Administration.

Mandatory Skills:

Candidates must have passed Punjabi at the Matriculation level.

Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and mobile applications for data tracking is essential.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the social sector, nutrition, or health projects is preferred for most roles.

Age Limit: 18 to 37 years. (Relaxation for SC/ST and women as per Punjab Govt rules).
Selection Process

Merit-Based Shortlisting: Candidates are initially shortlisted based on their educational qualifications and experience.

Skill Test/Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for a Computer Proficiency Test (where applicable) and a Personal Interview conducted by the Departmental Committee.
