Eligibility Criteria

1. Middle Level Consultant

• Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Agriculture and allied subjects from a recognized university.

• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Natural Resource Management (NRM), Financing, Value Chain Management, or Agri-Marketing.

• Age Limit: 24 to 61 Years.

• Salary: ₹60,000/- per month (Consolidated).

2. Junior Level Consultant

• Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in NRM, Financing, or Agri-Marketing projects.

• Skills: Must be proficient in MS Office and capable of using mobile apps for field data collection.

• Age Limit: 24 to 50 Years.

• Salary: ₹40,000/- per month (Consolidated).

• Travel Allowance: Reimbursable as per project norms.

• Medical Insurance: Premium coverage up to ₹8,000 per year.

• Petrol Allowance: ₹4,000 per month (for Junior Level).

• Mobile Expenses: ₹500 per month.
