Punjab National Bank (PNB) has officially invited online applications for the recruitment of 30 Specialist Officers (SO) in various engineering disciplines. This recruitment is being conducted under the Junior Management Grade Scale I (JMGS-I) for the Human Resource Project 2026-27.

Eligibility Criteria (as of 01/01/2026)

Educational Qualification:

Degree: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.

Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate.

Work Experience:

Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in the relevant engineering field is mandatory.

Minimum: 21 Years

Maximum: 30 Years

(Age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years and for OBC is 3 years).

Salary & Pay Scale
-
Pay Scale: ₹36,000 – ₹63,840 (JMG Scale-I)

Starting Basic Pay: ₹36,000/- per month.

Gross Salary: Approximately ₹60,000+ per month, including DA, HRA, and other bank-specific allowances.
Selection Process
-
Online Written Test: Objective type test covering Professional Knowledge (Engineering), Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language.

Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will be called for an interview (50 marks).

Document Verification & Medical Examination.
