Vacancy & Eligibility Details

Candidates must be residents of India and possess the following qualifications:

1. Field Worker (01 Post)

  • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (Preference given to Agriculture or Biotech).

  • Language: Must have passed Punjabi up to Matric level.

  • Salary: ₹18,000/- + 18% HRA per month.

  • Age Limit: 18 to 50 years.

2. Scientific Administrative Assistant / Field Worker (01 Post)

  • Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (Preference given to Agriculture or Botany).

  • Language: Must have passed Punjabi up to Matric level.

  • Experience: Preference for those with lab or field work experience.

  • Salary: ₹18,000/- per month (Consolidated).

  • Age Limit: 18 to 50 years.

Selection Process

  1. Document Screening: Applications are reviewed to ensure candidates meet the eligibility criteria.

  2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates must appear before the selection committee at PAU Ludhiana.

    • Venue: Office of the Head, Dept. of Plant Breeding & Genetics / Dept. of Botany (Check specific notification for venue).

  3. No Written Exam: Selection is based purely on academic merit and interview performance.
