Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Group General Manager (IT) – 1 Post
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT, MCA, or MBA (IT) with 60% marks.
- Experience: 20 years of post-qualification experience in Government/PSU/Banking/Financial Institutions/NBFCs.
- Additional Requirement: Must have worked 2 years in Pay Level 14 (CDA) or 3 years in Pay Level 13 (CDA).
2. Additional General Manager (Finance) – 2 Posts
- Qualification: CA/CMA or MBA/PGDM (Finance) with 60% marks.
- Experience: 14 years of experience in Govt./PSU/Banking/NBFCs.
- Additional Requirement: Should have worked 2 years in Pay Level 12 (CDA) or 3 years in Pay Level 11 (CDA).
3. Additional General Manager (Finance – Internal Audit) – 1 Post
- Qualification: CA/CMA or SAS Qualified Graduate.
- Experience: 14 years in Finance, Accounts, Auditing in Govt./PSU/Banking/NBFCs.
- Additional Requirement: Should have 5 years of experience in Audit Division.
4. Manager (Finance) – 3 Posts
- Qualification: CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) with 60% marks.
- Experience: 5 years in Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, and Banking in Govt./PSU/Banking/NBFCs.
- Additional Requirement: Must have 2 years in Pay Level 10 (CDA).
5. Manager (Finance – Accounts) – 2 Posts
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce.
- Experience: 15 years in Accounts, Auditing, Taxation, and Payroll.
- Additional Requirement: 2 years in Pay Level 10 (CDA) and knowledge of SAP/ERP is desirable.
6. Manager (IT) – 1 Post
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in IT/CS, MCA, MBA (IT) with 60% marks.
- Experience: 15 years in Software Development, ERP Implementation, Database & IT Infrastructure Management.
- Additional Requirement: 2 years in Pay Level 10 (CDA).
7. Public Relations Officer (PRO) – 1 Post
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 15 years in Public Relations, Government Liaisoning, and Corporate Communication.
- Additional Requirement: Must have 2 years in Pay Level 11 (CDA).
