Stage I – CGCAT (Computer Based Test)
100 MCQs, 4 sections (English, Reasoning, Maths & Science, GK)
2 hours duration, negative marking (1 mark), 4 marks per correct answer
All India Merit List based on normalized scores
Stage II – PSB (Preliminary Selection Board)
Cognitive Battery Test + Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PP&DT)
Qualifying in nature
Stage III – FSB (Final Selection Board)
Psychological Test, Group Task, and Interview
Conducted at Noida over 4–5 days
Stage IV – Medical Examination
Special medical exam at Base Hospital, New Delhi
