Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, has announced the Workperson Recruitment 2025 through Advertisement No. HRAQ/REC-WP-B/2025-105 dated 18/07/2025. The recruitment drive is for various Grade-III, Grade-V, and Grade-VII posts at OIL’s Field Headquarters in Duliajan, Assam. A total of 262 vacancies are available for candidates from OIL’s production and exploration areas in Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
The online application process has begun from 18 July 2025 and will continue till 18 August 2025. This recruitment is also open to eligible Trade and Diploma Apprentice candidates who have completed their training in Oil India Limited. As on 18/08/2025, the minimum age is 18 years for all candidates. The maximum age varies by post and category, as shown below:
Grade-III, V, VII: Max age ranges between 30 to 35 years.
OBC (NCL): 3 years relaxation
SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Apprentices: As per Govt rules
Internal employees and Work Contract Labour (WCLs) may also get age relaxation up to 50 years based on service rendered.
