The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Sonepat has released an official notification for various Non-Teaching Posts on a contractual basis under Advertisement No. IIITS/Estt./RECT./2025/04, dated 06 October 2025. The institute, established in 2014 and recognized as an Institute of National Importance, invites applications for several technical and administrative positions including Account Officer, Executive Engineer, Junior Engineer, and Lab Technicians.

Account Officer & Executive Engineer: Not exceeding 65 years.
Junior Engineer & Lab Technicians: Not exceeding 45 years.
Age will be calculated as on the closing date of the application (17 November 2025).
