- Asst. Teacher Trained intermediate (T.I): +2 Pass or its equivalent, RCI Recognised Diploma in Special Education Cerebral Palsy/ Mental Retardation
- Warden: +2 or equivalent with Diploma in Cerebral Palsy/ Mental Retardation
- Cook: VIII pass with knowledge of cooking
- Attendant: Passed Class VIII
- Sweeper cum watchman (Male): Passed Class VIII

- The prescribed application form alongwith the detailed modalities of selection should be obtained from the Office of the General Secretary, Ganjam District Orthopaedically Handicapped Welfare Association, Block colony, Quarter no.-21Netaji Subash Marg, Chatrapur-761020, Ganjam on cash Payment of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One hundred only) from date 10.11.2025 to 25.11.2025 during office hours from 10.00AM to 4.00 PM in all working days.
- Prescribed applications without the official stamp and ink- signed signature of the General Secretary of the Organization will summarily be rejected.
- The candidate must mention the post applied for in the space provided in the prescribed Application form as well as at the top of the envelope containing his/her application form.
- The prescribed application form completed in all respect and the Money Receipt for cost of Application Form in original alongwith all relevant documents must be sent by Regd. Post/Speed Post in sealed envelope super-scribing the post applied for, to the General Secretary, Ganjam District Orthopaedically Handicapped Welfare Association, Block colony, Quarter no.-21 Netaji Subash Marg Chatrapur-761020, Ganjam, (Odisha), so as to reach there on or before 4.00PM of 05.12.2025.
- Applications received through other means shall not be accepted.
- Incomplete application forms, absence of Money Receipt or applications without required relevant enclosures or applications received after the due date will summarily be rejected.
