Indian Air Force Agniveer Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
Candidates born between January 1, 2005 , and July 1, 2008 (both dates inclusive) are eligible.
Upper age limit as of enrolment is 21 years .
Marital Status and Pregnancy:
Only unmarried candidates are eligible.
Female candidates must undertake not to marry or become pregnant during the engagement period.
Educational Qualifications:
Science Subjects:
10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and English with 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English , or
Three-year Diploma in Engineering (relevant fields) with 50% aggregate marks , or
Two-year Vocational Course with Physics and Mathematics with 50% aggregate marks .
Other than Science Subjects:
10+2 in any stream with 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English , or
Two-year Vocational Course with 50% aggregate marks .
Indian Air Force Agniveer Selection Process The selection process consists of three phases:
Phase I: Online Test
Science Subjects: 60 minutes (Physics, Mathematics, English).Other than Science Subjects: 45 minutes (English, Reasoning, and General Awareness).Science + Other than Science Subjects: 85 minutes.
Phase II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
Male: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes , 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 20 squats.
Female: 1.6 km run in 8 minutes , 10 sit-ups, and 15 squats.
Phase III: Medical Examination
Includes baseline investigations such as chest X-ray, ECG, and blood tests.
