🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: * Office Subordinate: Minimum 7th Class pass (Candidates with higher than Intermediate/12th pass are ineligible).

    • Assistant/Examiner/Typist/Copyist: Any Graduation Degree.

    • DEO/Computer Operator: Degree with Computer Science/IT.

    • Section Officer: Degree in Law (3 or 5 years).

  • Age Limit (as of 01/01/2026):

    • General/OC: 18 to 42 Years.

    • Relaxation: SC/ST/BC/EWS (5 Years), PwD (10 Years).


📝 Selection Process

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT): 80 Marks objective test (90 Minutes duration).

  2. Skill Test: Applicable for Typist, Copyist, DEO, Stenographer, and Computer Operator.

  3. Document Verification: For finally shortlisted candidates.

💸 Application Fee (Per Post)

  • OC / BC / EWS: ₹800/-

  • SC / ST / PwD: ₹400/-

  • Mode: Online Payment only.


💻 How to Apply Online

  1. Visit the official website: aphc.gov.in.

  2. Part A (OTPR): Complete the One-Time Profile Registration to get your OTPR ID.

  3. Part B (Application): Login with your OTPR ID and fill out the form for your desired post(s).

  4. Upload required documents (Photo, Signature, and Certificates).

  5. Pay the fee and print the confirmation page.
