Selection Process

Written Test (CBT): An objective type online test covering General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and Subject Knowledge.

Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for an interview.

Document Verification: Scrutiny of original academic and caste certificates.

Medical Examination: Final medical fitness check-up as per BEML standards.
Salary & Contract Period

The position is initially on a contract basis for 3 years.

Consolidated Remuneration:

1st Year: ₹30,000/- p.m.

2nd Year: ₹34,000/- p.m.

3rd Year: ₹39,000/- p.m.

Based on performance and requirement, candidates may be considered for absorption into the regular rolls.
