Eligibility Criteria

Junior Executive (Engineering):
-
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Mech/Elec/Instru/Civil/Chem) with min. 55% marks.

Experience: 5 years post-qualification relevant experience.

Age: Max 32 years.

Junior Executive (Accounts):
-
Qualification: Graduate + Passed Inter CA / Inter CMA (Finalists are NOT eligible).

Experience: 5 years in finance functions.

Age: 30 to 35 years.

Associate Executive (QA):
-
Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry with min. 60% marks.

Experience: 3 years in Petroleum/Chemical labs.

Age: Max 35 years.

Secretary BPCL:
-
Qualification: 10th + 12th + 3-year Bachelor’s Degree (min. 55% in each).

Experience: 5 years as Secretarial Assistant/Secretary.

Age: Max 32 years.

Salary & Remuneration
-
Junior Executive & Secretary: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 | Approx. CTC: ₹12.28 Lakhs p.a.
-
Associate Executive: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 | Approx. CTC: ₹17.11 Lakhs p.a.
-
In-Hand Salary: Ranging from ₹72,000 to ₹98,000 per month depending on the post and city.
