The Federal Bank, one of India’s leading private sector banks, has released an official notification for the engagement of Graduate Apprentices under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973. This program is designed to provide one year of hands-on training to fresh graduates in the banking sector across the states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Must b-e a Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized Indian University.

The degree must b-e completed through a Full-Time Course only.

Candidates should not have completed 4 years after passing their graduation.

Age Limit (as of 01-03-2026):

Maximum Age: 28 Years.

(Candidates must b-e born on or after 01-03-1998).

Experience: Candidates must not have prior job experience of more than 1 year or have undergone apprenticeship training elsewhere.
💸 Stipend & Benefits

Monthly Stipend: ₹18,000/- (All-inclusive).

Training Duration: 1 Year.

Certification: Apprentices will receive a Certificate of Proficiency upon successful completion of the training.
📝 Selection Process

Application Shortlisting: Based on academic performance and eligibility criteria.

Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will b-e invited for an interview (Online or Face-to-Face).

Document Verification: Verification of original certificates and identity proof.
