Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
-
MTS: 10th Class pass from a recognized Board.

LDC: 12th Class pass + Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer.

Forest Guard: 12th Class pass with Science from a recognized Board. (Physical standards apply).

Technical Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) in relevant field/subject.

Age Limit (as of 03.06.2026):

MTS/LDC/Forest Guard: 18 – 27 Years.

Technical Assistant: 21 – 30 Years.

Age relaxation is applicable as per Central Government rules (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years).

Selection Process
-
Computer Based Test (CBT): An objective type exam covering General Awareness, Reasoning, Arithmetic, and English.

Skill/Physical Test: Typing test for LDC and Physical Standards Test for Forest Guard.

Document Verification: For final shortlisted candidates.
