The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has announced a massive recruitment drive under Advertisement No. 03/2026 for various Stenography-related Group C posts. This recruitment is for candidates who have already qualified the Haryana CET Group C. The total number of vacancies has been recently increased to 1,952 posts.

Eligibility Criteria (As on 15.02.2026)

  • Educational Qualification:

    • 10+2 / Graduation from a recognized board/university (depending on the specific post).

    • Must have Shorthand & Typing Skills as per the requirements of the post (e.g., 80 wpm in English, 64 wpm in Hindi).

    • Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matric or higher education.

  • Prerequisite: Candidates must be HSSC CET Group C Qualified.

  • Age Limit: 18 to 42 years.

    • Relaxation: SC/BC (5 years), PwD (10 years) as per Haryana Govt rules.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

  1. Stage-I (Skill Test): Stenography & Typing Test (Qualifying in nature).

  2. Stage-II (Written Exam): OMR-based offline test (100 Marks).

    • Subject Weightage: Stenography Subject (70%), GK/Maths/Reasoning/Science (20%), Computer Knowledge (10%).

    • No Negative Marking.

Salary (Pay Scale): FPL-2 to FPL-6 (Ranges from ₹19,900 to ₹1,12,400 depending on the scale of the post).
