Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2026
The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has officially released the notification (Advt No. 01/2026) for the recruitment of 5500 Constable vacancies. This includes General Duty (GD) for both Male and Female candidates, as well as positions in the Government Railway Police (GRP).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board.

Mandatory Requirement: Must have passed HSSC CET (Group C).

Language: Matric (10th) with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects.

Age Limit (as of 01-01-2026):

Minimum: 18 Years

Maximum: 25 Years

Note: Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules (SC/BC/EWS: 5 years).

Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in the following stages:

Shortlisting: Based on HSSC CET Group C scores.

PMT (Physical Measurement Test): Height and Chest measurement (Qualifying).

PST (Physical Screening Test): Running/Race (Qualifying).
-
Knowledge Test (Written Exam): 97% weightage.
-
NCC Certificate: Up to 03 marks weightage.

Document Verification & Medical Exam.
