🎓 Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification:

Clerk: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com or equivalent) from a recognized university and have proficiency in operation of computers.

Stenographer: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree and pass the test at a speed of 80 w.p.m. in English Shorthand and 20 w.p.m. in transcription of the same on computers.
2. Age Limit (As of 01-01-2026):

Minimum Age: 18 Years

Maximum Age: 42 Years

Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/BC/PH candidates as per Haryana Government instructions.
📝 Selection Process
The selection will be based on the following criteria:

For Clerk: A written test consisting of two subjects:

General Knowledge (50 Marks)
-
English Composition (50 Marks)
-
Candidates must secure 33% in each subject and 40% in aggregate to qualify.

For Stenographer: Shorthand test followed by a Computer Proficiency Test (Word processing/Spreadsheets).
