Essential Qualification:
- Professional Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Minimum two years of experience as an advocate.
- Experience certificate from President, District Bar Association/Bar Council is mandatory.
HPPSC Assistant District Attorney Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 to 35 years as of 01 January 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per HP Government rules:

HPPSC Assistant District Attorney Selection Process
The selection process for HPPSC Assistant District Attorney consists of three stages:
- Screening Test (CBT or Offline Test) – 100 Marks
- Subject Aptitude Test (SAT) – Descriptive Test – 120 Marks
- Personality Test (Interview) – 30 Marks
