HSSC Group C Recruitment 2026: Forest Guard Physical Test Date Announced
The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has officially released a public notice regarding the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Screening Test (PST) for the post of Forest Guard (Advt. No. 04/2026) and other Group C roles. Candidates who qualified for the Phase-II (Mains) shortlisting based on their CET scores are now required to appear for the physical endurance check.

Candidates must meet the following standards to qualify for the next stage:

Physical Screening Test (Walking Test)
As per the Forest Department norms, candidates are required to complete a walking endurance test:

Male Candidates: 25 km in 4 hours.

Female Candidates: 14 km in 4 hours.

Navigate to the “Public Notice” section.

Click on the link “Notice/Admit Card for PMT/PST for Advt. 04/2026”.

Login using your CET Registration Number and Date of Birth.

Download and take a clear printout of the e-Admit Card.
Important Instructions for Candidates

Admit Card Mandatory: No candidate will be allowed entry into the physical test venue without a printed admit card and a valid photo ID proof.

Reporting Time: Strictly follow the reporting time mentioned on your hall ticket. Latecomers will not be entertained.

Health Status: Candidates must ensure they are medically fit to undergo the 25km/14km walking test.
