Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline OR MBA/PGDM OR CA/ICWA OR LLB OR B.Tech/B.E.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of officer cadre experience in Financial Institutions/Banks/PSUs/NBFCs.

Manager (Grade B):

Qualification: Postgraduate/Graduate in any discipline/MBA/PGDBM/CA/ICWA/LLB/B.Tech.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of total experience, including 2 years in relevant financial sectors.

Language: Working knowledge of computers and MS Office is essential.
📝 Selection Process

Phase I (Online Exam): Objective test covering General Awareness, Aptitude, and Technical/Domain knowledge. (Negative marking: $1/4$th per wrong answer).

Behavioural Assessment: To evaluate personality traits and decision-making skills.

Phase II (Interview): Personal interview to assess professional suitability.

Final Merit: Based on the combined marks of the Written Exam and Interview.
💸 Salary & Benefits

Basic Pay: ₹44,500/- per month (Grade A).

Gross Emoluments: Approx. ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per month.
