Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

10th Pass (Matriculation) from a recognized board.

Mandatory Skill: Proficiency in handling PBX (Private Branch Exchange) or telephone exchange operations.

Experience: Candidates should preferably possess an experience certificate in handling PBX boards.

18 to 25 Years.

Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10-15 years) as per Govt. rules.

Citizenship: Must be an Indian Citizen.
Salary & Benefits

Pay Level: Level-3 (7th CPC Pay Matrix).

Pay Scale: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100.

Selection Process

Written Examination: Objective-type test covering General Intelligence, Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, and General Awareness.

Skill Test: Practical test to evaluate proficiency in handling PBX/Switchboard equipment (Qualifying in nature).
