Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board.

Mandatory Experience:

Proficiency in handling Private Board Exchange (PBX) or EPABX boards.

A minimum of 6 months experience certificate is mandatory.

Age Limit (as of 31.05.2026):

Minimum: 18 Years

Maximum (UR/EWS): 25 Years

Relaxation: OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), PwBD (10 years).

Selection Process

Written Test (100 Marks): Objective-type questions on General Intelligence, Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English, and Awareness.

Practical Test (Qualifying): To test the candidate’s proficiency in handling exchange operations.

Interview (Qualifying): Conducted alongside the practical test to assess suitability.
