Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a Maharatna company and one of India’s leading energy majors, has released its latest notification for the recruitment of Engineers/Officers (Grade A) in multiple engineering disciplines through Computer Based Test (CBT) 2025. This recruitment drive is open for Indian nationals with an excellent academic record, aiming to join IOCL in its journey towards becoming a globally admired energy company.
The recruitment is open for graduates in Chemical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Engineering, with the application window active from 05 September 2025 to 21 September 2025. The selection process will include a CBT, Group Discussion, Group Task, and Personal Interview. Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹50,000 – 1,60,000/- with an attractive CTC of approx. ₹17.7 lakh per annum.
The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted for 150 minutes and will carry 100 marks. The question paper will have objective-type questions with 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer.
