RLDA Site Engineer Recruitment 2026
The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority under the Ministry of Railways, has released an official notification (Vacancy Notice No. 13/26/S.E. Contract) for the recruitment of 40 Site Engineers on a short-term contract basis. These positions are for various railway land development and station redevelopment projects located across India.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
-
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE/UGC.

Minimum Marks: 55% for General/OBC/EWS candidates (50% for SC/ST candidates).

Experience Required:
-
Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in Civil Construction, Project Supervision, Electrical systems, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works.

Note: Internship, Apprenticeship, Training, or Teaching experience will not be counted as qualifying experience.

Age Limit (as of 22.05.2026):

Maximum: 45 Years.

Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India guidelines.

Remuneration & Benefits
-
Monthly Salary: ₹76,000/- (Consolidated).
-
EPF: Employer’s contribution towards EPF is provided as per rules.

Tenure: Initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on a merit-based evaluation of the following parameters:

Academic Performance: Percentage of marks in B.Tech.

Professional Experience: Weightage for years of relevant experience.

Current Salary: Last drawn gross salary is considered.

Interview: Final selection is based on the performance in the personal interview.
