Educational Qualification:

Specialist Streams: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Statistics, Economics, or Analytics (55% marks) OR MBA (Finance/Banking) / PGDBM / CA.

Certifications: Mandatory certifications such as FRM, CFA, or PRM are required for Risk Management roles.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience as an Officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.

At least 5 years of specific experience in the relevant domain (Risk/Finance/Credit).

Currently working as a Chief Manager (with 1-year experience) or Senior Manager (with 4-year experience).

Selection Process

Initial Screening: Based on eligibility and experience.

Online Test/Interview: Depending on the number of applications, the bank may conduct an online test followed by a Personal Interview.
