Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.01.2026)

Educational Qualification: * For Officers/Counselors: Post Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, or Law from a recognized university.
- For DEO/Case Workers: Graduation with proficiency in computers (typing speed 35 wpm) and relevant experience.
Experience: Preference is given to candidates with 1–3 years of experience in the field of Women & Child Development or Social Welfare.
Age Limit: 18 to 37 years (Relaxation as per Chandigarh Administration norms).

Selection Process

Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on their academic qualifications and experience.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
Skill Test: A typing/computer test is conducted specifically for the Data Entry Operator post.
